Brik packaging is made of three different materials: cardboard (70% of the packaging), plastic (20%) and aluminium (5%). Cardboard is 100% recycled and the other components nowadays become energy through recovery. In Spain, brik packaging is recycled by the company Saica, one on the most modern and efficient plants in the world. They are already working on technological and technical advancements that will allow, in a short period of time, to recycle 100% of the brik packaging.
